Which model is the best seller?

The Classic III is our best seller as it comes with dual heads: one for pediatrics (infants) and the other for adults.

What is the difference between Classic II and Classic III?

The Classic II has only an adult head, while the Classic III comes with tunable dual heads. The Classic III is the latest version.

What is the difference between Basic Edition, Special Edition, Rare Editions, and Limited Editions?

All editions have the same features and quality; the difference lies in the colors:

  • Basic Editions: Basic colors like Basic Black (Silver & Black).
  • Special Editions: Special colors like Chocolate Gold, Full Black, etc.
  • Rare Editions: Rare colors like Plum Rainbow, Black Gold, etc.
  • Limited Editions: Limited shades like Swarovski Stones L.E.
What is the warranty duration and coverage?

All stethoscopes come with a 5-year warranty. We cover all mechanism defects. However, if you lose or break any part, it is not covered under the warranty.

Do you engrave stethoscopes?

Yes, we do engrave orders. Engraved orders require prepayment or partial payment online. Engraved orders take 5-7 business days to deliver. We suggest getting ID tags as they are a better option than engraving to keep your stethoscope safe and under warranty.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major online  bank transfers, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash and Cash on Delivery (COD) through secure courier services.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD on non-engraved orders. For engraved orders, partial or full prepayment is required.

Are there any additional fees for engraving?

Yes, engraving comes with an additional fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

What is the payment method for engraving orders?

For engraving orders you need to pay prepayment online via bank transfer. You can pay in full or partial.

How long does it take to process an order?

Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Engraved orders take 5-7 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the item hasn't been engraved or shipped.

RETURN & REFUNDS

What is your return policy for non-engraved items?

You can return non-engraved items within 07 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 2-4 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Can I exchange my stethoscope for a different model?

Yes, exchanges are allowed for non-engraved stethoscopes within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
